&lt;p&gt;An Armenian finswimmer, 11-time World Record holder, 17-time World Champion, 13-time European Champion and 7-time USSR Champion and Honored Master of Sports of the USSR.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On September 16, 1976 a trolleybus carrying around 92 people crashed into the Yerevan Lake. Karapetyan repeatedly swam to the bottom of the lake (around 80 feet down) and rescued 20 people before he passed out from extreme cold and multiple wounds, he wouldn&amp;#8217;t wake up again for 42 days. He did all this after a 12 mile run.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Despite a lackluster MMA career, Pudzianowski is best known for his prolific strongman career. Generally regarded as the greatest strongman in the history of the sport, and he definitely has the wins to prove it, 5 time winner of the Worlds Strongest Man (and twice runner up). Despite what many might think given his success in strongman competitions, Mariusz isn&amp;#8217;t the worlds greatest power-lifter on specific lifts (squats, bench, dead etc.) instead he offers the complete package, all round brute strength, almost flawless technique and indomitable will. Saying that, his personal bests on individual lifts aren&amp;#8217;t bad&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Height&lt;/strong&gt; 6 foot 1 inch&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Weight&lt;/strong&gt; 124&amp;#160;kg (275lb)*&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bench Press&lt;/strong&gt; 275&amp;#160;kg (605lb)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Squat&lt;/strong&gt; 360&amp;#160;kg (792lb)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Deadlift&lt;/strong&gt; 395&amp;#160;kg (869lb)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;*Weight when a strongman competitor, current weight around 250lb.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Although an inspiration in terms of physical ability, in regards to diet, Pudzianowski is probably not the best role model, in his own words&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and two to three pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy. In the morning, it will be several 3 Musketeers and/or Snickers bars; I need them for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 PM, is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes. An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate. Dinner is whatever meat I can grab—steaks, pork chops, bacon—plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. At 9 or 10 PM, I work out again. Afterward, I have a protein shake and more chocolate. At 3 or 4 AM, I wake up and have more chocolate, then go back to sleep until morning.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Mariusz Pudzianowski&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
